FIXATION
Fixation is a photo series focusing on personal insecurities and the weight that they impose. The women shown were asked to share an insecurity and to mark it on their bodies as seen in the images, as well as to share anecdotes about their relationships with their body images. The photos depict the women posing for the camera as well as moments in between, capturing the experience of the hyperawareness of and fixation on insecurities, and the heaviness of carrying them throughout daily life.
